Aura Noir's cult first release!!! "Dreams Like Deserts", released in 1994 by Hot Records, unleashed the black thrash attack in the metal underground. Apollyon and Aggressor perform all instruments. This album was one of the first black-thrash releases ever in which many bands tried to emulate.

"By the way, DLD was recorded and mixed illegally at night time in 4-5 hours. The soundguy (who also played bass with Dødheimsgard on the Satanic art album) had used to work in that studio, so we just "broke in" and 5 hours later the very first unholy thrash metal album was recorded. Probably why it sounds kind of chaotic at times. All first takes!"
